This kitschy pin-up Halloween card collection is full of unique elements and 1950’s inspired fun!

I wanted to use lots of retro feelin' embellishments, like the sparkly brad and gingham ribbon.

Funny Birthday Card Class Now Open for Sign-Ups at Scrappin' Time!

I'm excited to announce that my 2nd card class at Scrappin' Time is now open for registration! 

This class is all about making someone smile (or even laugh) on their birthday.  Laughter is the best gift you can give, right?

I used lots of great Vintage images on this collection, and embellished each with unique touches ~ pom poms, ribbon, brads and even beach sand!

Vintage Summer Card Class!

Well, I'm excited to say that my very first card class is ready to rock!

I'm the newest instructor at Scrappin' Time in Las Vegas ~ whoo-hoo ~ and am going to be teaching two different card classes a month. 

This is my first one, which I lovingly call Vintage Summer Cards. 

All four of these warm and cozy greetings can work for any occasion ~ birthdays, pick-me-ups or just to say "hi".  I used lots of great Vintage-inspired elements from soft brown ink to lace and pearls.

Close Knit

I love finding bargains! 

I went to the semi-annual garage sale at Scrappin' Time today and scored big time with this Bo Bunny grab bag!  I got several sheets of double-sided card stock for $2!  One person's trash really IS another one's treasure! 

I came home and made this layout right away.  It worked perfectly with the picture I had printed several days ago.

Most of the embellishments on the page were made from the card stock itself.  I hand cut several arrows and stars.  I used my Cricut to cut the title and the swirly brown border in the middle.
